Do you love singing? Great, because there’s a brand new series of Caru Canu now on Cyw and Cywtiwb!
Toddlers love to sing and sing along with family and friends. Caru Canu songs offer the opportunity to watch and sing traditional and contemporary songs and nursery rhymes while learning about animals, gestures, counting and the weather. And for those little ones who need ‘quiet time’, there are nursery rhymes to help them sleep too!

Caru Canu a Stori
The series weaves light, fun stories around some of our most popular nursery songs, giving us the opportunity to identify some of the characters behind the songs, such as the gentleman, the gray spider, the dog and the the mare is from ‘Bonheddwr Mawr o’r Bala’. By creating a relationship between the children watching and the songs themselves, the nursery rhymes come to life in the imagination of our young viewers.
